Born to two immortal dads after moving to England in 1970, Hanako was the most modern in her family- with a brother nearly 100 years her senior and two Victorian dads, she often felt disconnected- but managed to modernize these old coots.

After being chased by that crazy Russian vampire, she currently lives most of the year with her husband, Matt, in Montana, and the winter with her parents in England.

Her little brother Shiori was recently born in 2020 and is growing up happy and healthy.
