The first member of the Disci and defender of the Surveillance floor. They’re by far the most loyal member of Rust’s army, always helping them plan their next move. Blue’s like a solemn voice of logic to them.

Blue also helps keep the other Disci (and, by extension, everyone in the army) in check, making sure they don’t go out of line. Heck, they’ve even had to suppress their own leader on multiple occasions!

Sometimes, Blue is seen walking off somewhere behind The Tower and doesn’t come out for a few minutes… surely they’re not keeping some big secret hidden underground, right?
