She is a monster who is the leader of a small "rebellion" that doesn't do much but is supposed to be against the killings of other monsters. She however doesn't care about that at all and is only the leader so she can have power over others. Her ability is called "Apex predator" any animal she eats she can then control others of the same species. But this power also affects her mental state. She completely lacks empathy and doesn't care for her friends at all manipulating everyone around her
