This is another old character of mine who is in the same universe as Quinn. Princess Waterpeak is of royalty in their universe although not being an Alicorn. Back when I first made this universe, there was something that happened to cause Alicorns to just go extinct. There was like this war between all three pony races and Pegasus had won. But that was generations ago. So like all races besides pegasus are now in like middle of lower class.
I don’t know what I was thinking when I decided to make this happen. I honestly think that my past self making Princess Waterpeak into an Alicorn would have been way easier. But that's all I know about why she would be royalty. But I am not going to redo the entire universe, I am redesign the characters to feel something. Princess Waterpeak was originally a stallion but became trans and she now prefers to go by she/her. Her mother is queen and she has a younger sister. Princess Waterpeak would be the first heir to the throne but the Queen is rather healthy and will most likely be around for long time. Her dad, the king, died. But his death was his own fault because he was an addict. I don’t know why younger me loved this idea. So all royal family members have the same cutiemark but just in different colors. Not representing their talent but their status in the kingdom. Evey other pony has a normal cutiemark. She is good friends with Quinn.
