A rebellious, psychic speed skater who likes to “stick it to the Man.”
Blythe is constantly on the run from the police (she keeps stealing their sirens). Born in poverty to a family of steel mill workers, Blythe learned from a young age how to use her psychic illusions to get what she needed to survive.
At 9, she was "taken in" by the Mafia. They brought her to Kaia Kos, where she was trained to be the right-hand of the kingpin himself.
At 13, after a series of incidents, Blythe ran away. Finally free of her "father's" influence, she began to question everything she was raised to believe in. She saw the violence her family enacted against the common people they purported to "protect."
Ashamed of her past, Blythe remade her identity, and has been living on the streets ever since.
Her skills as a skater lead her to be taken in by the Gravity Girls, an all-female skate crew who are part-time graffiti artists, part-time rebels. With their art they shape the culture of their lower-class borough and unite The People against the exploitative upper class.
Blythe has things in the name of “rebellion” that- while it seemed like a good idea at the time- she’s not proud of now. She has a burning passion for justice, but being raised by the Mafia means doesn't have the greatest moral backbone. She's still learning what it takes to stand up for justice in a meaningful way.

Today, Blythe is a star player for her borough’s Digrav skate team. This neon-blasted hi-fi sport is a cross between roller derby and ultimate frisbee, but with anti-gravity skates and cheating is absolutely encouraged (if you can get away with it). The games are inherently political and are used to settle problems between the streets.
Digrav games are the social event of the month. If you’re ever in Port Elorim, you simply must attend a match!
