Detective Sahdmadhi is the chief of the investigation department. They're said to be the best investigator in LA and very sweet (though other people can describe them as "intimidating"), but you can never know what they're truly expressing.
Despite Vijaya's usual stoic face and soft voice, their looks can be decieving: No one knows if they're a man, a woman... or neither in between. They don't seem to mind, though.
