Mirabelle's younger brother, whom was raised solely by their father and despises Mirabelle with a passion to the point he's frequently blaming her for everything and flat out tries to attack her sometimes; envious that she got to grow up with their mother and he didn't, convinced she 'stole' their mother away from him somehow, leaving him with only a negligent father to care for him; who let Julien go off and do whatever because he simply did not give a damn what the boy did or how he was doing. In the father's mind, if his children had never existed, then perhaps the woman he loved would have stayed with him instead of calling off their relationship abruptly and leaving him to raise Julien alone while she kept Mirabelle.
His sister is a jack of all trades, master of none; whilst Julien is the opposite in a way: Master of a singular trade, absolute failure at everything else. His trade? Thievery, having resorted to it as a child to get by, and only honing his skills more and more as the years went past to the point he's essentially a master thief in present day; managing to live relatively comfortably thanks to his thieving endeavors.
A sly and cunning, perhaps overly cocky and confident fellow; he does not take well to anything he deems as belittling him, often setting out to try and prove the offender wrong or get revenge. He refuses to admit his faults, and is in utter denial about his horrible skills in... Well, everything that isn't stealing. Adores pretty ladies and can frequently be found flirting with them, unfortunately his terrible-at-everything curse also extends to flirting so he never has any luck.
Hates and envies his sister for getting to grow up with their mother, but he's also jealous of her for the fact she has so many skills, meanwhile he only has the one no matter how hard he tries to learn more.
