Adopted from AdeqAna on DA. In "Pet Projects", he is a member of a group of stray hybrid kids.

Veli was kidnaped from a park and spliced at a black-market mill. An employee bought him out and gave him to his aging father. When the man died, Veli didn't have anywhere else to go and took to the streets. Overly trusting, he fell in with a shady gang, and Shay and Everett pulled him out.
Veli warms up to people fairly quickly. Open-minded and good-natured, it takes a lot to make him angry. He acts as the L&F's peace-maker.

Shay - He is grateful to her and admires her goals.
Tristan - He wants to be friends, but Tristan's distrustfulness makes him sad.
Everett & Avery - They're like his big brothers. Avery's the one he's closest to.
