This is an AU for the Pokémon Character Arven the son of Sada and Turo. This AU the Pokémon world mixed with Soulworker. Where Pokémon have been effected by creatures called Souljunks. The Pokémon that have been effected are not recognizable to what they once were. Arven has his partner Pokémon Mabosstiff, but since the events of the great void the poke ball system has been down. The Pokémon that were in the poke balls when the system went down are now stuck well, the ones that were out of their balls are now unable to be returned.

Arven in his entry test to become a soulworker his Mabosstiff got hit by a Souljunk and once a Pokémon hit with the infection most are killed on the spot, but Arven wasn't about to lose his own family that he knows he has left. The NED company offers help to save his Pokémon if he joins up with the NED company, he recognizes the logo from his mom and dad's old paper work.

Arven is told his Mom and Dad are dead, but on his 1st mission to become a Soulworker something or someone gets the Souljunks to back off. This person that did that was Turo well Sada stood up on top of a building watching for any other Souljunks that might attack.
