Tarkus is king to a realm of bodily torture and pleasure. A bit of a deviant in comparison to his brothers, there is no denying how suave and attractive he is. Every soul that has the misfortune--or fortune--of landing in his realm is putty in his hands.

He has an air of coolness about him that is apparent to anyone, and his levelheaded, relax nature can put many souls at ease…ya know, before the extreme torture starts. He can be a masochist himself on some occasions.

However, despite his passion and ability to steep any partner of his in rapture, Tarkus is also very much a sadist. If pain is his aim in the situation, he will achieve the maximum amount of torment and even more still.
