Milo is the best (only) engineer in the Strays. He loves repurposing old technology and takes team bonding very seriously.

He found the base when he was much younger and has lived there ever since. Unfortunately, he's mostly confined to the base—though virus-free, the original cure from Fenn corrupted his immune system, causing physical weakenss and epileptic symptoms.

Milo found his service animal, Chips as a baby, and once she was healthy, he raised her and she's been by his side ever since.
