Phoebe is Fenrir and Rhea's sister and the youngest of the three siblings. She is strong-willed, independent, and has a great desire to help others. She refuses to let past experiences turn her bitter and wants to continue believing in a bright future. She's currently in college studying to become a therapist and hopes to one day be able to help other trauma/abuse survivors.

She's very close to Rhea but hasn't spoken to Fenrir in years after her family cut him off. Having recently moved out upon becoming an adult, she's free to reach out to him again. However, she's afraid that if they do meet, he might be completely different from the kind-hearted brother she once looked up to.
