Born before the explosion of a large nuclear weapons facility, Arrow lives a life trying to figure out what happened to the world. His mother, a journalist, had warned people of the security flaws of the facility, but no one listened. He, along with Min, try to learn what really happened, past the propaganda and control laid by the now fearful government.

I made him for a dystopian project 😭
