Miyabi Sakuramori participates in the Desire Grand Prix as the opossum themed Kamen Rider Opal. Her wish is for a world where her stories have changed people's lives for the better. However, her priority is her girlfriend Daichi Isuzu, Kamen Rider Nadge-Sparrow, whom she follows to the Jyamato side. She becomes corrupted alongside Daichi, which leads to her physical and mental health deteriorating, but she recovers thanks to her friends. After Ace becomes a God, Miyabi and Daichi raise the Jyamato together in peace.
