Yoto came to power in a very unusual way. No one had ever heard of him, yet he somehow accumulated enough power to march into the Council's Citadel and take the spot of the suspiciously late Queen Uzkis of the Bug people, who reported to have died of an illness soon after Yoto took the throne.

With this new grip on the Bug people, he manipulated them to do his bidding and follow his main agenda: “Kill the murderous beast that calls himself Simon, or suffer the consequences.”

His grip on the Bug people and eventually even more people was a long and arduous one, having to use specific strategies to get his way. One of which was to marry top fashion designer Raphina, an Urbane Kenku, to improve his public image.

His dictatorship would amount to nothing without a legacy…
This seems to be the only reason why his son Cicero was conceived. Cicero is kept holed up in his room so that Yoto may properly imprint his ideals into him, but the process is becoming more tedious than expected…

The origins of this bird remain a mystery for the general public, but more and more succumbing to him.
