A scientist superhero that's part of the hero co-operation. I think he's in his mid thirty's. He likes his pastel visor btw, no one's forcing him to wear those.

He's a chill guy. Just doing his job.

So he has microwave powers, and he uses it through his gloves to heal people, and using a specific frequency, can levitate with it.
He's a healer, a support hero.

I am in desperate need of a superhero name for him other than frigging Frankwave. HP might be better...
