A chaos fiend, a gremlin if you will!

They take on the mantle of the Daedric Prince of Madness. They're indecisive but decisive, cold but warm - dumb but smart.

Generally androgynous looking.

Insane / Self-centered / Convivial / Witty / Silly / Whimsical / Erratic / Strange / Bold / Harsh (sometimes) / Flowery / Lavish / Power-hungry / Fickle / Mischievous / Smart (to a degree, never uses their brain) / Confident / Impulsive / Playful / A risk taker / Charismatic / Strange / Sadistic

After the events of the Shivering Isles, Ulanys went crazy as the curse of Sheogorath was passed onto them by Jyggalag. Everything they would see would be through rose-tinted glasses, even if it was something horrible. Primarily crazy in the sense they have two very distinct and opposing personalities stuffed into one being that represent the districts of Mania and Dementia.

Ulanys is insane and loves nothing more than to be in control, not that they'd do anything in particular with it - they simply like having power.

Wildly unpredictale, no one, especially not themself knows what they will do next. Not even Haskill knows what they'll do next. They generally have the worst impulse control and doesn't truly deal with things (i.e the events of Oblivion) but the isles seem to run fine regardless. Or at least, as fine as the realm of crazy people is usually. As the isles are an extension of Sheogorath, you can tell what mood they are truly in. Most day-to-day duties of the isles are handled by their Mazken and Aureal (and Haskill).

Generally they're in their own little world, talking to themselves, picking up things that aren't there and just generally doing weird things or using/doing things wrong. On the odd occasion they are known to do strange things like climb up a wall and just kinda hangs out there.

Very loud and excitable, they love to spout nonsense and prank people.
