Jackie is the main character in my story that I'm developing. She's a cheerful 19 year old girl who loves reading and fashion. Although she finds talking with new people a bit hard, she makes everyone around her feel welcomed and safe. Her friends are the most important thing to her. The friend group (sheets coming soon !) have been together since childhood, and in the story they all decide to take a gap year together after graduating university. She's like the little sister of the group - fun to tease, but she will bite back ! Jackie is the only girl in the friend group of 5 as she is trans. When she came out, she was scared that everyone would leave her, but they all accepted her and she sees them as her brothers (except Josiah, who she's been crushing on since they were 6 😬). In the story, the group discovers the house they've been staying at is haunted. For some reason, Jackie's been seeing the most supernatural activity. It's like she's on a stage and the ghosts are constantly shining the spotlight on her (main character moment). Jackie and the guys try to find some answers. Why is the house haunted, and why does it like (?) Jackie so much?
