Kravek's earliest life was spent as a shut-in who was sheltered from the outside world. As they were always told about the dangers that could come to them if they stepped foot outside, they developed an immense fear.
It wasn't until they came into the care of a different individual, who later served as their mentor and father figure over time. The man managed to encourage them out of their life of hiding and taught them how beautiful the world could be. While it was difficult, it wasn't impossible. In time, they were slowly able to overcome this fear, thanks to his help.
Once Kravek became older, they found themself a comfortable job at their father's company as a call operator. Eventually, they were able to find a higher position as the Communications Specialist aboard a research vessel, which would allow them to broaden their horizons even further.
