Made of stardust and born somewhere between heaven and outer space, the lower-seraphic being known as Satellite crashed down to Earth some years ago. But don't think highly of them despite their noble and starstruck origin. 

Satellite would like you to believe that they're a master thief, a con artist of the highest degree, the Arsene Lupin of the modern day. They are mired in a web that involved defrauding megacorporations and being evil and conniving. In reality, they're a petty thief and user of extremely dodgy movie piracy websites. At most.
