A quiet, normally calm man cursed thanks to his family making a pact with a demon and winding up indebted to said demon, with Ciel's family now dead and Ciel left alive and cursed just for the demon's own sick amusement. The curse granted Ciel an ability and made him immortal, but at the cost of the ability occasionally making him lose complete control over his body when around people he cares about, conscious and aware of what he's doing, the people he's harming and even killing just like his family, but powerless to stop it until his ability is finally 'worn out' for the time being.

As a result, he refuses to get close to anyone. Interacts with others as little as possible in fear he'll end up growing close to someone and his curse will make him hurt them. Currently, Ciel is on a quest to hunt down the demon that cursed him, wishing to slay him, believing that's how the curse can be broken.
