He has the right idea and has been harmed by this system - the king’s soldiers took his parents at 16 for speaking out - but doesn’t seem to understand an administrative assistant doesn’t have the power to make a change nor is responsible for his traumas
maybe as he leaves with his party of adventurers, stepping into the world outside his village for longer than a day, he’ll be able to grow and fight the real enemy
