Hollice is a sex-addicted King Pin to the universe's
largest organized crime group outside, governed
galaxies. He's constantly at a state of being 2
seconds away from a mental breakdown due to
stress, oddly not from his job. He mostly signs
papers and reads things over rather than a thrilling
life of crime. Most of his stress comes from his
interpersonal relationships. From countless affairs,
a deadly ex-turned-terrorist, and the many people
he's opened his legs for to get this job.

Hollice is the son of Orias Katko a former god whose planet was destroyed. In order to keep surviving Orias produces mortal offspring which he can drain the remaining godly energy they inherited from him. But in a weird twist of fate, Hollice was born a twin whom Orias had never seen before. So the otherwise absent father raised the two in an experiment to see if giving one child everything he's wanted would produce a rich and tasteful soul. Or is the child who's had to work and gain from additivity will be more savory? Hollice is the latter.

At age 15 he ran away from home due to stress from his family and ended up floating around brothels. Eventually, he made is way to Pariso and joined the Moon Shot casino as a low-rank runner. With time he gets partnered with Faust for a hitman job and they end up having a falling out which ends with Hollice Killing him.

Hollice abandons the hitman career and pursues more of a leadership role for the next 5 years in the mob eventually he becomes a high-ranking official and by some luck becomes a close advisor to the Kingpin Mortimer and eventually becomes his beau entrapped in a love affair. All while this is going on another mob member Cliff ends up killing Mortimer and framing Hollice, so for a year, he is on the lam from the major mob families until he gets enough evidence to prove himself innocent. He lives with Lou and Belvedere during this time, eventually killing Cliff in revenge and becoming the next Kingpin.
