Just about everyone visits the bar of West Point, and just about everyone is familiar with the owner, Ames Abbott.

Born and raised in West Point, Ames knows just about everyone who sets foot round' here, plus any news headline, event, post on the job board-- you name it. Whenever you need info, news, directions, or just vent your troubles, just talk to ol' Ames, and he'll be more than happy to yap his head off and hear you out.

Despite his tall hulky self and scarred face, Ames is very gentle and softspoken, offering a warm tusked smile to everyone he meets and rarely ever thinks ill of *anyone* in West Point.

He's most commonly tending to bar patrons and doing usual maintenance around the tavern, since he's "*just a humble ol' barkeep*..." nothing special. Not then... not now...
