Chrystie Mort (or Chrysanthemum Mort if you’re feeling fancy), is a rather odd girl to most. She can frequently be seen tending to the graves at the local graveyard alongside her adoptive father, Dr. Mort. However, she doesn’t speak much to anyone aside from Dr. Mort, and even then it’s hard to understand her rather nonchalant attitude to most morbid matters.

Though, however much her uncaring, seemingly playful attitude towards death takes precedent, there always seems to be a wariness about her. Especially, when it comes to illness. She often has violently disgusted or uncharacteristically fearful reactions when it comes to even the most common pathogens. As such she distances herself greatly, and often covers every part of her body she can to prevent being “infected”.

While she assists Dr. Mort (the graveyard keeper), she also plays a role in protecting it, as it’s located on the outskirts of West Point. Such a far away position makes it vulnerable to monster attacks, and thus she took up a scythe as defence.
