Dr X comes from a long line of crazed rulers. His dad Xavier X senior was the ruler of Xennopalis before he was. Dr X hates his dad since he always told him that his imagination will get him no where in life. But now that he's the leader of the city, now the whole continent of North America and soon the world, hes going to be way better than his father. He eventually made a substance he calls "Xtract" that gives life to creatures but still allows them to connect themselves to the Internet in real life, so he can control them with the push of a button. This substance is extremely volatile and splashed on to his left eye, causing physical and mental damage. He covers this with a bandage in public. The first things he made with these were android robot creatures (Xoforms), with the first one being named Cyber, who is like a daughter and a slave to him. But he has a new plan. To inject Xtract into all the citizens to control them. He already has the love and respect of his citizens, so it will very easy. Once he injects all of them, he will create a digital real world where everyone can be themselves. Although to make enough room for Internet towers, he must destroy the world.
