Mavrik lives in a medium-sized town within Britain. He owns a house, although the biggest piece of property is below the surface home. Underground he has a 10 room laboratory type space. An operating room, where he makes most of his creations, e.g where he sews together animals, works on Kalya, and anything surgical. A chemistry lab, where he makes all of his chemical works, and keeps anything that isn’t a physical tool. Two cage like rooms, one of them being rows of cages, full of his smaller anomaly works. (Two headed lamb, Bat Cat, bunny spider, ect..). And the second, being Kalya’s room. It is a rather large cell. But still rather home-y. There is a bed, a small dresser full of clothes with books piled atop it, along with a few of her old belongings. All of the other rooms are for storage or other science things. The top house is a ‘normal’ home.
