Harlan is an odd case as usually Lupicentaurs do not crossbreed, but his parents were Astral and Planetary Lupicentaurs. He chooses to dress like an Astral one as he feels the closest to it, and adorned his waist with a butterfly in a pink shade to show his alliance to Nabito and Sunshine. He claims he befriended Shine and joined the royal court he took a nap in his butterfly garden after setting up a new constellation one day--Nabito thinks they were just stalking them and found the two of them fascinating and thinks he's a stupid dumbass twink that fell from the cosmos conking his head on smth. Shine sees nothing wrong with him as usual--

He's essentially an aloof himbo who does his best at his job but is super accident prone. He's still trying to figure out how to balance his bottom half to be fully rabbit like most Lupicentaurs, but considering that's an uncommon thing to achieve prior to your 100th bday*, he's got a LOT to go...

*Lupicentaurs are long lifed species and can live for millions of years, only dying when their galaxy systems die. Harlan is a fairly young one in terms of his species age.
