In my lore, Yereâel is the second angel ever created. From a wish of Lucifers for companionship, nins life sprang into being and with it that of many other angels. Lucifer and Yereâel became close friends. Until Lucifers fall. That's when everything started to fall apart for Yereâel.
Nin tried for a while to fill the void left behind by the First Angel, but nin wasn't a ruler. A while after nin befriended Arzael and he ascended to Heaven, a plot was sprung to dethrone nin. Nins name Metatron became a title afterwards and most of nins wings were lost.
Through circumstances that happened to nin, after a long time of suffering, nin fell ninself. Only after nins guardian angel Sarael found nin again, did things slowly turn for the better. She managed to grant him a reincarnation as Arzala. Although Sarael tried her best to hide this fact, it was found out and the conditions met to pull Yereâel back into nins own body. Now, Arzala and Yereâel share a soul and their time, because neither is mortal.
After nin gave birth to Zekiel, Yereâel struggled hard to regain nins bearings. Very slowly and with Arzalas and Saraels help, nin finally got it. After Lucifers death, Zekiel had the power to help nin be re-established in Heaven.
Still, nin is far from being healed and many of nins traumas still haunt nin. Nin is working on it at the moment, trying to regain nins footing in Heaven and find nins place among the angels. Doesn't really help that nin is outside the usual hierarchy, which makes nin feel both safe and vulnerable at the same time. Nins place in Heaven is based on nins exceptional power to create souls which was the price Lucifer had to pay for companionship.
