Toshiro is an albino guy, who shows strong characteristics of the Kagekage Kigai descendants. he isn't very talkative nor does he think he has anything important to say, which is pretty much the opposite of his chaotic and bubbly twin brother Shyaki. Toshiro's quiet nature probably plays a factor in why he's so fond of his cats, especially blind Hime, who also appreciates a calm atmosphere. He used to play guitar and piano as well as sing, but he has grown distant from his hobby after a messy breakup despite being labeled as a music prodigy since childhood. Recently, he regained contact with an old friend of his called Hashime, which forced him to finally open up just a bit more. Although, their "friendship" is not really what it used to be before.
