Cosmo's story starts off simple: he is headed to a job interview, the 5th this month, because he is 19 going on 20 with no work experience thanks to his parent's super strict expectations. he desperately wants a job to prove he can be independent and take care of himself, not having to rely so much on his caretaker, Nebula, who so kindly took him in when he ran from his parents at 16 years old. 

on the way to the interview, they nearly crash into an alien. she is a beautiful woman named Wanda, who offers Cosmo a guaranteed job on the spot !! all he has to do is sign the contract !! Excited about finally getting a job, he doesn't heed Nebbi's warnings: 'don't take jobs from random ladies on the street' and 'read the damn thing before you sign it !'

the contract bound him to a princess from the planet Pluto, swearing him to be her guardian and use her powers to protect her. Wanda is being hunted by bounty hunters from Pluto and Jupiter as she ran from home and was convicted of murdering one of the 5 ministers of Jupiter's daughter. 

Cosmo is now a magical girl, and Wanda is his magical rod, seeing as she can transform into various weapons. Will he be able to protect Wanda from enemies such as Plutonium and Charon ??


Cosmo is a very bubbly and sweet character, and is often quite childish in nature. he loves stars, and one of his quotes is quite literally "Do you like stars ?? (¿te gustan estrellas?)" He loves to paint, sing and dance with his boyfriend Rio, shop in town, and dress up himself, his dolls, his best friend, and Rio.
