
He's a rigorous man, with a touch of arrogance, slow, and a bit obsessive (in the sense that he has a sometimes OCD).
He's a sort of voice of reason. We always turn to him when it comes to laws.
His name, "the comma," comes from his tendency to interrupt his colleagues to add information he deems essential.
