Located in southwestern Wisconsin, Loneridge is a small remote urban town in the Midwestern Bluffs surrounded by cliffs, rocky terrain, and dense forests. Though the town's history is rich, it's most infamous for its ghost stories and urban legends, as well as its frequent missing persons reports, mysterious deaths, and cold cases.

The many mysteries surrounding the old town has led Loneridge to become a sort of tourist hotspot for paranormal enthusiasts and amateur sleuths alike, in part due to its countless rumors and urban legends.

Despite being a town of roughly 9.2 square miles, only a mere 2 square miles is actually inhabited. Other than down town and a few neighborhoods, most of the town is almost entirely abandoned.
