Dawn Starling is the younger twin of her brother Dusk. Made from the twisted story of Tangled, Dusk and Dawn are the embodiments of light and dark. While Dawn is the holder of the Sundrop, her brother is the holder of the Moondrop. With their powers holding opposite effects of the other, I wanted to have a fun feel to it giving Dawn the Rapunzel motifs and her brother being given that of Mother Gothel.
