Born in a wasteland, Charlie thrived. Soon rising to fame and fortune as he followed in his mother's footsteps. This fun-loving rockstar & idol joined Amber years after she found Nick. Respecting her goals and power as he goes on to be a loyal follower of hers.

He aids in Amber’s navy as an admiral as he balances out his career as an entertainer with his personal life. Being quite witty and modern due to his upbringing. Not taking shit from anyone anymore as he wants to live his life and encourage others to do the same.

He must hide his true form from the public, typically by covering up his fishy aspects. Pretending to be a simple hyena. Even when emotional he will hide his messy fur and monstrous features (Despite his disguise falling apart the more expressive he gets.. hence the droopy fur at his cheeks..)
