A harpy in the Wellness department, surprisingly good at her job (for super non-nefarious reasons)

Soft spoken (when she wants to be), understanding (when she actually cares to be), great listener (when she's actually listening), and a fantastic counselor (when she's manipulating you into believing everything is okay)

Really only took this job because she's been fired from anything else she's taken on. She does like it though! It's fun to watch the little mice scramble about all their soul-crushing issues and do little to actually help.

She often covers her mouth / lower face with either her wing-ears or wings (arms?) 

She is a full believer in bending the rules, not breaking them.

Can and will be brutally honest, her counseling advice is often "Problem? Just take it out of the picture! Kill it! Forget about it! Whatever works."

She gets bored easily and she often starts taunting or prying into the lives of the other employees just to make things more interesting for herself. 

Kind of insufferable. Kind of charming. Terrible combination. 

Tends to refer to those she's fond of as Mice (Though whether she actually wants to eat you or not remains unclear)

(She does most likely want to eat you though)
