For a funny contest

This is an unknown individual, so we call him Chance due to his statements he does not stop repeating. He has Guilt/Denial strings wrapped around his body, constantly moving around him. We tried removing them, but it looks to be that the strings are starting to fuse with his skin. All we got from him was that he was possibly involved with a tragic accident that left his friend deceased and mangled. We don’t have information on who this friend is yet.
