A character originally created for the dis-colour [D-C] roleplay on DA and later adapted for Prismatic Haven [PH], another similarly-themed RP. Both are now defunct.

Khalil lives in a world where having the ability to see color is considered an anomaly and a disease. When he begins to see color as a pre-teen, his mother and older brother become verbally and physically abusive. In D-C, his father, intending to protect him, sends him for treatment at the government's correctional facility, while in PH, he's sent to a school that secretly shelters people who can see color.

Crushed by his family's betrayal, he closes himself off emotionally. In spite of this, he is polite and friendly enough to build peaceful relationships because his parents raised him with the intention of having him join one of their companies and thus trained him to handle business dealings. He likes to help others and has a kind of "never-say-no" compulsion. He will tell people what he thinks they want to hear in order to avoid conflict; deep down, however, he is actually rather stubborn
