However, when word got spread that a few newcomers have come to the city due to a signal alert, a certain someone got a lightbulb lit inside their head!

Enthusiastic and with a soul sweet as candy, Chip seeks to create connections with others and bring happiness to them no matter the cause. Of course, that can create some laughably absurd situations, but they persist on to reach their goal!
