Alice is a Shadar-kai warlock/pirate captain that I hope to play in D&D one day. Her story is heavily inspired by one of my favorite indie artists' songs: Tale of the Shadow by Sail North. But to put it simply, she mains the ship she is cursed by to become its captain when it killed her old crew and its magic turned her into a Shadar-kai. Now she roams the seas, scavenging for treasure and hoping for a way to one day break this curse...
