Chūi The Red Panda (レッサーパンダのチュウイ Ressāpanda no chuui) is a character in the Rookie Chronicles. In an alternate universe, Chūi is Shinobi The Honshū Wolf's second-in-command in the Teizokuna Clan, as well as his obsessed admirer.
