Adelheid Romanov was one of the most feared human beings back on Earth, killing innocent people either for the dictators ruling the dead planet or simply for his sadistic enjoyment. He would eventually build an organization of ill-intentioned humans, kidnapped and reprogrammed Golems, etc. falsely named the Mecha System Protection Force (MSPF). He himself secretly attacks the cities of Nexos not just to quell his insatiable lust for blood, not just to keep eyes off of his organization, but for a higher power, a memento of Earth, if you will.

On the surface, however, he's a gentleman with an unshakable sense of calmness, and underneath, a cunning, near-indiscriminately hateful man always planning his next victim's death.
