Jakkalis, or Jakkalis the Traveler, is a 1,347-year-old silver dragon greatwyrm. He is a peerless wizard, being more powerful than even the likes of Elminster. His spellbook is an entirely sentient magical tome that exists on a demiplane known as The Silver Archive, his primary lair, and cannot physically interact with the world.
