Razzle the Ravishing is a charming, nautical conman with an ego bigger than his bill. He's quick-witted and full of himself.

He performs his magic shows by the shore, traveling the world in hopes to find his long-lost lover (a royal merman named Finn). Occasionally, he'll busk in the ​streets with a saxophone bended from water—for a pelican, he's got quite a voice on him.

He'll do anything to make a quick buck. He used to be business partners with a cunning seagull by the name of Dazzle, but the two became friendly rivals after he embarked on his magician journey. Despite his whining, they still go out for drinks sometimes.
