Jackson Lakota is a 10ft snake monster (20 feet in length) with a jack-o-lantern head and monster arms with giant claws. He has the powers to possess people and make them transform and experience their worst fears. He's currently known as two separate urban legends; The Pumpkin Carver, a killer with a pumpkin mask who roamed Pandore in the 1800s and carved his victims' brains out of their heads, and The Jack-o-spirit, a snake monster that awakened in Halloween and ate all of the unfortunate souls who found themselves in his proximity.
