As Splinther was searching in the alleys of New York, hoping to find something edible, he heard a familiar cry. The cry of a little girl. As he held the maybe months old baby girl a strange feeling took over him. He just knew she's diferent.

Not human diferent.

So against his better judgement, against all the logic that she might be better of raised by humans, he took her home.

Jilian, 5 years younger than the turtles, was raised alongside them. Growing up Splinther's suspicions slowly turned out to be right as year by year she started developing superpowers, although at first subtly. As they later learned trough the krang, she is part of the alien race, mainly known as amazons.

5 years after the events of the show, Jilian is a confident young woman, specialyzing in annoying the shit out of her opponents. She still doesn not have a faveourite weappon, still experimenting. In the meanwhile she has a trusty tanto and a pair of kunais to help her.
