He fell in love with Rhea immediately after she saved his life and thinks everything she does is amazing. He follows her everywhere, even on her paranormal investigations despite his fear of ghosts and the supernatural. She's always there to protect him and he appreciates the fact that she never criticizes him for expressing his feelings (something a lot of people looked down on him for in the past)
