Korr aims to be a strict yet fair figure. He tries his best to keep his temper under control.
While he presents himself as the confident leader that his crewmates have come to know, there are still many things that he continues to try to work out. As a guard, he was always used to being the one who followed specific orders. Now, as a captain, it's different having to be the one to guide and direct others.

As the captain of The Nautilus, Korr is in charge of keeping everything in order. He is also the one who reviews, accepts, and schedules missions.

Korr previously worked as a sentry guard, posted alongside his best friend. However, he suffered a work-related injury while dealing with a hostile intruder. He was subsequently placed on leave.
It was later stated that he could no longer return, as his injury would interfere with his important work.
He couldn't sit still and do nothing. After some searching and pulling some strings, he was given the opportunity to work in a new position. More specifically, captaining and directing a small team aboard a starship.
