Tattoo artist in some universes, a nun turned vampire hunter in others, Ash is always consistent in how they bend and break the rules enforced on them.

Ash is always meant to break free from familial expectations, preferring to go their own way. They live through a lot of hardships just to prove they're fine on their own.

In almost every universe, their best friend and punk companion Artie will be the only one they team up with. Whether it's to pester underground organizations, hunt down vampires, or simply hang out in a van- Ash and Artie usually find each other.
