Formerly the Twili Usurper known as Raalk who led the Twilight Realm in conquest against Hyrule, under the influence of Ganondorf. Became fully lucid again and aware of himself just before Ganondorf took over his body completely, and tried to stop himself and save both realms from all that Ganondorf had done, but was unsuccessful when he was betrayed by his own lieutenant who secretly worked for Ganondorf himself.

After Ganondorf was slain, Raalk was returned to life by the Triforce but the process robbed him of much of his memory. All he remembers is he did something horrible, and that the only one who might still care about him, a drake called Duga, was possibly out there somewhere cold and alone after they were separated. Taking the name Larak and going into exile, Larak searches for his new purpose.
